Functionality of the RJ45 interfaces

Description of the LEDs

Commissioning as PROFINET Master

  1. Go to chapter 2 PROFINET IO C and C++ Sample.

  2. Follow the steps and LED Staus to test the device for function.

If the LED status of each step matches, the device works as expected.

Commissioning as PROFINET Slave

  1. Go to chapter 3 Operation as PROFINET IO-Device

  2. Follow the steps and LED Staus to test the device for function.

If the LED status of each step matches, the device works as expected.

Commissioning as PROFINET master and PROFNET slave together

  1. Go to chapter 4 Simultaneous operation of PN IO Controller and PN IO Device

  2. Follow the steps and LED Staus to test the device for function.

If the LED status of each step matches, the device works as expected.
