I have a problem to load a GSDML file into the Configurator III

You can check the GSDML file with the “GSDML-Checker” tool.
The software can be downloaded from the following link:
https://de.profibus.com/downloads/profinet-gsd-checker
download the original file directly from the manufacturer's website to ensure that it hasn't been modified or updated by the PLC.

Is the configuration of the DF Profinet IO card as a device also created with the Configurator III?

No, always via the controller e.g. Siemens controller, configuration creation e.g. via TIA with the GSDML of the DF Profinet IO card.

I get this error and the configuration cannot be downloaded. What can I do?

Please update your Configurator III software to the latest version which is version 3.1.2.
This software is provided by the WINDOWS Device Drivers. Please contact support@kunbus.com for the provision of a download.
In case the problem still exists with the latest software then please send us the following file
C:\ProgramData\Configurator3\ABM_TO_DFXX.log

Is it possible to transfer the configuration of a measuring card already in operation to the KUNBUS Configurator III?

No unfortunately this is not possible.

Device is not reachable in online mode by the controller.

Please verify that:

a proper physical connection between controller and device is established.
GSDML choice relates to the exact physical device in your network setup.
device is switched on and runs.

BLUE

Device is been detected online. It relates to the choice of the selected GSDML item, but its (I/O)-properties differs.
I/O-configuration of the slots of configured device and the one of real device does not match.

So the (I/O configuration of the device/slave) is not correct. The device is been detected (address and name are OK), but it is not configured according to its real sibling.
- E.g: 4 IN | 16 OUT in controller/master configured, but a device/slave with 4 IN | 4 OUT connected and found.

Please configure the I/O slots according to the I/O setup of your real device!

GREEN

Device is been detected in online mode and communication runs properly.
