Remember that the HTTP interface is not important to your PROFINET application. It displays I/O data and the firmware version. So in case your setup is not productive and secure that issues is no show-stopper.
Is there a possibility to reset the device to factory settings also the admin password?
No this option does not exist.
How can I access diagnostics data?
Have a look at the user manual:

You need to set the Profinet Device name.
Download the tool “Proneta” from Siemens
Connect and scan your Profinet network
Right click on the device GW Profinet IRT and set the Profinet Device name
Where can I find the version of the firmware of the device?
Login to the WebServer of the device. The current release is Software Version: 1.2
Can I update the device on my own?
