  1. Send an E-Mail with your need for a RMA to support@kunbus.com

  2. The technical support employees perform a troubleshooting to exclude operating errors or known and resolvable problems

  3. In case the problem cannot be resolved

    1. We provide you shipping address and a RMA form via E-Mail

    2. Fill out the RMA form with descriptive information about the erroneous behaviour

    3. Send us the RMA form via E-Mail and the the defective devices to the shipping address

    4. We will send you continous updates about the progress of your RMA status

The more helpful information we receive, the faster we can trace the incorrect behaviour and help you.
