Preparation

  • You have noticed an anomaly in one of the modules listed above

  • Send us a photo of the front side of your module

  • You will receive a archieve an archive from the Customer Support

...

  1. Unpack the archive you received from the Customer Support

  2. Assign the module a network configuration so that you can reach the module in the network

  3. Connect to the module with a an FTP program, e.g. FileZilla.

    1. User: Admin

    2. Password: 1701

  4. Copy the firmware file into the root directory - usually a KFU file

  5. Copy the content of the folder "targetfiles" into the root directory

  6. Wait until all transfers have been completed successfully
