Unpack the archive you received from technical support
Assign the module a network configuration so that you can reach the module in the network
Connect to the module with a FTP program e.g. FileZilla.

Copy the content of the folder "targetfiles" into the root directory
Wait until all transfers have been completed successfully
Reboot
Now disconnect the device from power for at least 5 seconds
