In which languages are the articles of the Knowledge base published?

The Knowledge base consists of English articles, please use a translation feature, i.e. browser setting.

How can I add attachments?

This works simply by dragging and dropping them onto the text field.

Would it be possible to switch the language of the user interface?

You can change your own language preference in the help center profile.

I have forgotten my password, how can I log in?

We at KUNBUS only see the email addresses of our customers. Therefore, should you as a customer have problems with access, then the right way is to edit your own Atlassian ID with which the support request was made and reset the password.
