DF PROFINET IO | Setup doesn't work

It is not possible to install the setup on my PC. The setup does not proceed until the end or even start.

Hardware:

• DF PROFINET IO PCI/CPCI/PCIe

Software:

• Windows, LabVIEW

• DF PROFINET IO LabVIEW VISA Driver

Solution:

Make sure the NI VISA driver package is installed.

Check in the software tool “NI MAX” My System/Software if you got the correct NI VISA installation.

Make sure to choose the correct setup file. Therefore, select the Bit version 64/32 Bit regarding your OS (Windwos).

The DF PROFINET IO LabVIEW VISA Driver does not support LabVIEW 64 Bit.

The DF PROFINET IO LabVIEW VISA Driver does not support LabVIEW NXG.

Update your Windows.
